When will my order be shipped out?
It will take 2-3 business days for the order to be send out. As soon as it’s on its way, you’ll get an email with the details.
When will my order arrive?
After we send your order out it will take approximately:
Domestic orders: 2-7 days
International orders: 2-3 weeks
These are expected delivery times, but delays can happen due to customs processing or postal issues. Thanks for your patience!
Can I track my order?
At the moment, it is only possible to track your order if it is shipped domestically in The Netherlands.
My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?
If your order is delayed, please allow a few extra days for shipping. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at infoanwolfs@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I return or exchange stickers?
It is possible to return an item as long as it is within 28 days, non opened and in the original packaging. Contact us at infoanwolfs@gmail.com before you return your order. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. For a more detailed explanation see Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
