Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Utrecht, The Netherlands.
Processing times
The processing time for all orders is between 2-3 business days.
Delivery times
After we send your order out it will take approximately:
Domestic orders: 2-7 days
International orders: 2-3 weeks
Please note that these delivery times may vary due to delays in customs or postal issues. Thank you for your patience!
Customs and import taxes
Customers are responsible for any import taxes that may apply. To avoid any unexpected charges, please check your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
Lost orders
If you choose 'untracked' shipping, there is a risk the order will be lost in the mail. Once the order has been send out, we have no longer control of it. Therefore, we are not responsible for the lost package and can not offer refunds for lost shipments.
If you choose 'track & trace' shipping, you will get an e-mail with the shipping details of the package.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we can not change the shipping address. If an incorrect address results in a return package due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
If tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact you local post office.
